The protagonist of Chi La Sow Sravanthi is a middle-class girl named Sravanthi who hopes to marry a wealthy guy so that she can fulfill her lifelong ambitions. But life isn’t so kind to her, as she marries a wealthy man who doesn’t appreciate her, and all her hopes and goals vanish. Her family saw her husband, Mahesh, as the ideal match for Sravanthi. Sravanthi realizes that they are all wrong and decides to run away. By chance, she ends up at a brothel, where she is rescued by an old friend.
