Goli Soda Rising digital rights were bagged by Hotstar, and the series hit the OTT space on 13 September 2024. Director Cheran, who is known for his sensible movies is playing one of the lead roles in the series alongside actor Shaam. Cheran is said to be seen in a limited role that will have a great impact. Actor Shaam, who has been surprising the audience with his dedication towards acting will be seen in another prominent role from the series. He was struggling with the failures from the last few years and tried his luck in other languages as well. She was last seen in an important role in the recent political drama series “Thalaimai Seyalagam,” which premiered in Tamil and Telugu simultaneously on the Zee5 OTT platform. It looks like the actress is playing the role of actor Shaam’s wife in this film, as shown in the teaser.
Another actress Abhirami is playing a crucial role in the series. She has been appearing in more movies recently. After her appearance in the iconic “Virumaandi” as Annalakshmi, starring Kamal Haasan in the lead role, she stayed away from the movies for a decade for different reasons.
