Movie Verdict

Plan A Plan B is one such film that has the story line we got to see in many movies, which focuses on two characters that are like opposite poles and as per the rule opposite poles should attract each other, that is what automatically happen in these movies by the end. Scenes in this movie are good to some extent, but looks repeated from many other old movies. Though the lead characters are designed well, scenes did not create the impact needed for a romantic comedy that can stay with the audience. Few comedy scenes and thought provoking dialogues might grab our attention, but the overall movie might not connect with us, as we might feel the soul of the plot is missing.

While it comes to acting, Riteish Deshmukh was mostly seen playing the roles with comic touch, it is refreshing to see him in a role that has other emotions to perform other than comedy. He did a good job in his role as a divorce lawyer. Tamannaah Bhatia, who is already receiving praises for her role in Babli Bouncer got another chance to showcase her acting skills with Nirali role in this movie. She looks natural in the role of match maker and her chemistry with Riteish Deshmukh & Poonam Dhillon worked well. Poonam Dhillon, Kusha Kapila and all other actors did their part as required for the story.

Technically Plan A Plan B movie looks okay. Music and background score composed by Yug Bhusal is not up to the mark, but it looks apt for few scenes in the movie. Cinematography by Jayakrishna Gummadi looks okay with some colorful shots that will grab the attention while watching on screen. Costumes were very well designed and needs a special appreciation. Production values are good.

Shashanka Ghosh was partly successful in entertaining the audience with the story provided by Rajat Aroraa. He could have made a few changes in the scenes to make it more interesting to watch.

Overall, Plan A Plan B movie is a good romantic comedy that can be watched for the lead actors performances.
