The Kannada film industry has made their web series debut with the recent Zee5 series “Ayyana Mane,” and now a new series has been announced titled “Shodha,” for which the first look was launched recently.
This new series will be a suspense thriller with Pawan Kumar in the lead role. Pawan Kumar is a director who made content-oriented films in Kannada like U Turn, Lucia, and a few others and made his Malayalam debut with “Dhoomam,” starring Fahadh Faasil in the lead role.
The OTT streaming rights for this second Kannada web series are also acquired by the Zee5 OTT platform and it will be available for streaming on August 22, 2025.
Sunil Mysuru is the director of this series and it is made under the banner of KRG Studios. Arjun Ramu composed the music and Rahul Roy is the director of photography.
