The Sony Liv OTT platform is focusing more on real incident-based series rather than running behind the commercial series. They have earlier made such series like ‘Freedom at Midnight,’ ‘The Waking of a Nation,’ and a few others.
They are now coming up with a new series that is based on the assassination of Indian political leader Rajiv Gandhi titled “The Hunt – The Rajiv Gandhi Assassination Case.” The trailer for this series was dropped a couple of days earlier.
This new real-incident-based series will be available for streaming on the Sony Liv Platform on July 04, 2025. It stars Amit Sial, Sahil Vaid, Bagavathi Perumal, Danish Iqbal, Girish Sharma, Vidyut Gargi, Shafeeq Mustafa, and a few others.
National award-winning director Nagesh Kukunoor is directing this series, which is made under the banner of Applause Entertainment in association with Kukunoor Movies.
