A bank in Chennai has been taken over by an unidentified robber and his squad, and everyone inside is being held as hostages. In exchange for the hostages' safe return, he demands the Government of Tamil Nadu into fulfilling their requests and providing the supplies they require.
There is a mysterious mastermind behind all of these bank robberies in Chennai, but the criminals' motivation for carrying out the robberies remains mysterious till the end.
