The Hotstar platform has been adapting a few series and movies for Indian audiences and presenting them very convincingly for the masses as well. They are now coming with the adaptation of another international show, which is titled “Mistry” in Hindi.
The teaser for this new show has been dropped by the makers today. This is an Indian adaptation of the American comedy-drama series “Monk,” and it will premiere on the JioHotstar OTT platform on June 27, 2025.
Ram Kapoor will be seen in the titular role as a person helping the police in solving the cases with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Mona Singh, Shikha Talsania, and Kshitish Date will be seen in other prominent roles.
Directed by Rishab Seth, this comedy-drama series is produced by the Banijay Asia banner in association with Universal International Studios. The trailer for this show will be dropped in the second week of June.
