The Sun NXT OTT platform, which earlier focused on the Tamil movies, is now bagging the streaming rights of Malayalam, Kannada, and a few limited-budget Telugu films as well.
They have now acquired the streaming rights for the Malayalam movie “Imbam” and announced that it will be available for streaming on their platform on October 17, 2025.
It revolves around three main characters who are completely strangers but unite to complete one mission. Deepak Parambol, Meera Vasudevan, Lalu Alex, and Divya M Nair played prominent roles in this film.
Dr. Mathew Mampra produced this film, which is written and directed by Sreejith Chandran. P. S. Jayhari composed the music, Kuriakose Francis Kudasseril is the editor, and Nijay Jayan handled the camera.
