Most of the Bengali films and series premiere on their home OTT platform, Hoichoi. It looks like the Zee5 OTT platform is now slowly crossing all the borders and trying to get the content from all languages across the country.
They have announced a new series titled “Kaalipotka,” which is a Bengali series that will premiere on their platform on January 23, 2026. The trailer for this new series is available on YouTube.
Swastika Mukherjee, Shruti Das, Sreya Bhattacharya, Himika Bose, Anirban Chakrabarti, and a few others are part of this series’ cast.
Directed by Abhirup Ghosh, this series is made under the banner of Edgy Entertainment. Kuntal De composed the music, Subhadeep Naskar is the cinematographer, and Sumit C is the editor.
