Sit-coms are very successful in Hollywood and other regions, but the Indian filmmakers are aiming to draw attention of Indian audience with emotional dramas, that will last for too many episodes, which is seen mostly on the JioHotstar OTT platform.
It looks like they have planned another such long series titled “Part-Timers.” The first look promo for this new series was dropped on YouTube a couple of days earlier.
It is now confirmed that this series will be available for streaming from August 28, 2026, and it is expected that episodes will be released on a weekly basis.
Thanuja Puttaswamy and Gnaneswari Kandregula are playing the lead roles in this series. It is made under the banner of Sandeep Picture Palace and Sampath Kumar Thota is the director. Vivek Nekkala is the cinematographer.
