Govind Vasantha Education
Govind Vasantha’s education details are not available as Vijay Sethupathy of a Tamil television show reported that Govind Vasantha, a founding member of the Thaikkudam Bridge musical success, had changed his surname from Menon to Vasantha in an endeavor to eliminate caste and provide equality even on name-optics. Since his retirement from the Government Services in the Irrigation Department in 2012, his father Peethambaran Menon has been a standout player of the Thaikkudam bridge. Govind married his longtime sweetheart Renjini Achuthan Menon on December 4, 2012.

In order to satisfy his father’s wish that he study music, he took up violin and studied both classical and western styles. His first film was the action flick Thiruvambadi Thamban, released in 2012 in the Malayalam language. North 24 Kaatham, Vegam, Nagaravaridhi Naduvil Njan, and 100 Days of Love were just a few of the Malayalam films he later composed music for. Govind made his acting debut in Oru Pakka Kathai, directed by Balaji Tharaneetharan in 2015. He scored music for C Prem Kumar’s 96, a Tamil romance film, and made his acting debut in that part in 2017.

Again scoring a film starring Vijay Sethupathi, Govind Menon did so for “Seethakaathi,” which also starred Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha Krishnan in “96.” The film also featured his cameo appearance. He scored 2019 films including Vijaykumar’s “Uriyadi 2” and Jyothika Saravanan and Karthik Sivakumar’s “Thambi.” He scored the Telugu film “Jaanu,” starring “Sharwanand” and “Samantha Akkineni,” in 2020. Ponmagal Vandhal by Jyothika had music composed by Govind, as did “K Bhagyaraj,” which was released on OTT. The soundtrack to the anthology film Putham Pudhu Kaalai also features his compositions. Oru Pakka Kathai, starring him and Megha Akash and helmed by Balaji Tharaneetharan, premiered on Zee 5 in 2020 after years of delays. With the film Taish that same year, he made his acting debut in Hindi.
The film’s background music and a few songs were composed by him. Hey Sinamika, starring Dulquer Salmaan, Kajal Aggarwal, and Aditi Rao Hydari, was composed by Govind Menon and directed by “Brinda” in 2021. Chethi Mandharam Thulasi, “Padavettu,” a Nivin Pauly film in Malayalam, and Tughlaq Darbar, a Vijay Sethupathi film, all included his musical compositions.
Govind Menon was born on October 29, 1988, in the city of Thrissur in the Indian state of Kerala. They are Peethambaran Menon and Vasanthakumari, his parents. When Govind was a young man, he decided to take his mother’s maiden name and legally alter his last name from Menon to Vasantha. He tied the knot with Ranjini Achuthan in 2012. Aishwarya Lekshmi, an Oscar-winning actress, and Govind Menon, a popular actor, are first cousins. Govind’s uncle Gopinathan was also a well-known Carnatic musician.
