As three extremely talented actors signed the project, the Kannada film “45” received a tremendous buzz before the release and was considered one of the most hyped films in the Kannada film industry.
This film was postponed multiple times and finally released in theaters in December 2025. To everyone’s surprise, this film was declared a disaster after the release and was criticized for its over-the-top making style.
The Zee5 OTT platform has acquired the streaming rights for this film, and the Kannada version is all set to have its premiere on the platform on January 23, 2026.
Raj B. Shetty, Shiva Rajkumar, Upendra, Rajendran, Jisshu Sengupta, Pooja Ramachandran, Pramod Shetty, Jafer Sadiq, and a few others are part of the movie cast.
Arjun Janya is the writer and director of this film and also composed the music. Uma Ramesh Reddy and M. Ramesh Reddy are the producers. Satya Hegde is the cinematographer, and K M Prakash is the editor.
