Muthayya is an award-winning telugu film that has premiered at several film festivals like the UK Asian Film Festival in London, the South Asian Film Festival of Montreal in Canada, Habitat Film Festival in New Delhi, etc.
This film’s digital rights have been acquired by the telugu leading OTT platform ETV Win. The film is touted as a drama, where a 70-year-old Muthayya tries to fulfill his dream of becoming an actor.
The titular role played by K Sudhakar Reddy, who became a known actor with the Balagam movie. This film is directed by Bhaskhar Maurya, who recently directed the Sivarapalli web series.
Apart from Sudhakar Reddy, the film will have fresh faces, Arun Raj, Purna Chandra, Mounika Bomma, and others.
Divakar Mani cranked the camera, Karthik Rodriguez scored the music, and Vamsi Karumanchi and Vrinda Prasad produced the film under Hylife Entertainments and Fictionary Entertainment banners.
