Few films in India get the praise in the international film festivals first and then get to release in theaters with all the recognition received. One such film was released in Tamil titled “Parari,” which was also released in theaters after its premieres in some film festivals.
It was also appreciated for its bold content in Tamil but did not make enough box office collections in Tamil Nadu. This film is now all set to premiere on the Aha Tamil platform on February 28, 2025.
Even though the message delivered in the movie was praised, critics also pointed out the lackluster story that made the audience feel bored in theaters. This film starred Harisankar, Sangeetha Kalyan, Guru Rajendran, Pugazh Mahendran, V. Bremnath, and Samrat Suresh.
Ezhil Periyavedi is the writer and director. Harisankar produced the film under the Kala Films Private Limited banner. Sean Roldan composed the music, Sam Rdx is the editor, and Sridhar is the cinematographer.
