Ramesh Aravind Early Life

Ramesh Aravind was born on Thursday, September 10, 1964, in Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu, to G. Saroja, a housewife, and P.A. Govindachari, an accountant and industrialist. In November 2016, his father passed away. An Indian actor, television host, and director, Ramesh Aravind primarily works in the Kannada and Tamil cinema industries. He then made appearances in films that were produced in Telugu, Malayalam, and Bollywood. He made his debut in the 1986 K. Balachander-directed Kannada film Sundara Swapnagalu as Prem and the Tamil film Manathil Uruthi Vendum.

Ramesh Aravind Career

Prior to his appearance in the Kannada film Mouna Geethe, he presented a Kannada-language program. Before the film’s debut, director K. Balachander approached Aravind about playing Kamal Haasan in a Kannada remake of the Tamil film Sollathaan Ninaikkiren. He was once chosen following a brief audition for the Kannada film Sundara Swapnagalu in 1986; however, this film was not released until after Mouna Geethe. Then he played Revathi’s former boyfriend in the film Punnagai Mannan. Then, in 1987, he starred in his first lead part film, Manathil Uruthi Vendum, which received positive reviews for his performance. Later, he was launched in Telugu movies by director Balachander via Rudraveena. Then, in 1990, he appeared in the Vasanth-directed film Keladi Kanmani, in which he played the role of a student union leader. In 1994, he starred in the Tamil film Duet, which earned positive reviews. In 1995, he co-starred with Kamal Haasan in the Balu Mahendra-directed film Sathi Leelavathi.

Ramesh was discovered by the famous K. Balachander, who used his keen eyes to expose him to the world of cinema through the character he portrayed in Sundara Swapnagalu. However, his debut movie, Mouna Geete, came out right after. With his talent and refined demeanor, Ramesh brought a breath of fresh air to Kannada cinema and won over the public. From that point on, the ascent has been steady and meritorious.

Ramesh, who has four siblings, owes a great deal to his mother for giving him a kind heart and a lot of tolerance. While being a great student, he showed little interest in entering the film industry despite being an avid theatre and mime performer. After finishing his engineering degree, Ramesh intended to work in his father’s business or the government service.
