Udayanidhi Stalin Education
He is an alumnus of Don Bosco Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Egmore, Chennai, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Commerce from Loyola College in Chennai that he attained in 1997. Udhayanidhi Stalin’s grandfather, M Karunanidhi, was the second Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu who served on the post for almost two decades over five terms between 1969 and 2011. M Karunanidhi died of a prolonged illness in 2018.

Udhayanidhi Stalin was born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, on November 27, 1977. He is the son of former Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister MK Stalin and the grandson of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi. Since the 1960s, his ancestors have been actively involved in politics and Tamil movies. Arulnithi and Dayanidhi Azhagiri, his cousins, are also actors and producers, respectively. Kiruthiga, editor-in-chief of the lifestyle magazine Inbox 1305 and director of the 2013 film Vanakkam Chennai for Red Giant Movies, is married to Udhayanidhi Stalin. The couple welcomed a son named Inbanithi and a daughter named Tanmaya into the world.
Udayanidhi Stalin Career
Udhayanidhi Stalin began his career as a film producer with the 2008 Tamil film Kuruvi; he also produced two films directed by K. S. Ravikumar, namely Aadhavan (2009) and Manmadan Ambu (2010). (2010). Stalin made his acting debut in the 2012 romantic comedy Oru Kal Oru Kannadi alongside Hansika Motwani and Santhanam.
Stalin’s production business, Red Giant Movies, forayed into the Kollywood film industry as a film producer and distributor. His debut as a film producer was the action comedy Kuruvi (2008). Vijay and Trisha Krishnan played the lead roles in the film.
His second film as a producer was the 2009 action comedy Aadhavan, which was released on Diwali. His third film was the romantic comedy “Manmadan Ambu” (2010).
