It is very rare that the movies starring big stars get trouble for OTT release and this has happened for Akhil Akkineni’s “Agent.” This film released in theaters in April 2023 and has been delayed for the OTT release due to several reasons.
The Hindi version of this film premiered on a TV channel, but it never premiered on OTT. At last, makers have now announced that the movie will premiere in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada on the Sony Liv OTT platform on March 14, 2025.
Alongside Akhil Akkineni, this film also starred Malayalam megastar Mammootty in a pivotal role. Dino Morea, Sakshi Vaidya, Vikramjeet Virk, Sampath Raj, Murali Sharma, and Posani Krishna Murali are a few other members of the movie cast.
Directed by Surender Reddy, this film was made under the banner of AK Entertainments by Ramabrahmam Sunkara. Hip Hop Thamizha composed the music, Rasool Ellore handled the camera, and Naveen Nooli is the editor.
