Verdict

Anthology series is something that offers audience different stories. If one of the stories doesn’t impress, you can simply skip to another story. But luckily Anger Tales has all 4 tales that are interesting to watch on screen with some brilliant performances from the cast. There are definitely few dull moments in each tale, but the way the main characters in each tale making tough decisions will create some interest among the audience.

Giri’s tale will connect with many youngsters in the present generation. Pooja’s tale will connect with newly married couples, Radha’s tale connects with the middle class people and Ranga’s tale connects with the mass audience. Totally Anger Tales satisfies all sections of audience with 4 different tales.

While it comes to performances, all the lead actors Bindu Madhavi, Madonna Sebastian, Suhas, Ravindra Vijay, Tharun Bhascker were believable and did their characters with ease. Venkatesh Maha and Phani Acharya looks little artificial among all the lead actors. All other actors did their part well as required for the characters.

Technically Anger Tales looks good. Background music composed by Smaran Sai is one of the biggest highlights. Cinematography is handled by 4 different people for 4 stories and all these people have done a decent job. Editing by Kodati Pavan Kalyan is crisp. Production values are decent.

Director Nithin Prabhala definitely got the talent to entertain the audience in the future with his projects. Despite few dull moments from all the tales, he managed to create the interest among the audience with every tale.

Overall, Anger Tales is a watchable anthology series with some of the relatable characters and brilliant writing.
