Avasarala Srinivas Education
His paternal grandfather was named Venkata Satya Narayana Murthy, and his maternal grandmother was Naga Mani Avasarala. His educational background includes time spent at the Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation (in Vijayawada) and the University of North Dakota (in Grand Forks), where he earned a degree in mechanical engineering.

On ETV’s premiere season of the quiz program Champions, he takes the helm as the show’s first host. After that, he worked as an assistant director on the set of Blind Ambition and in New York’s theatre scene. Ashta Chamma, Srinivas Avasarala’s first film, is based on Oscar Wilde’s The Importance of Being Earnest.

In 2014, he made his directorial debut with the Telugu romantic comedy Oohalu Gusagusalade, which became a huge commercial and critical success. The South Indian International Movie Award for Best Supporting Actor went to him for his work as Uday Bhaskar in the film Oohalu Gusagusalade.
