Chaari 111 story is about, the order of Chief Minister Major Prasad Rao (Murali Sharma) to form a secret agent organization to capture terrorists who made blasts in Hyderabad. Prasad Roa handed over this case to Chaari, who has no talent. Finally, how he nabs the terrorists without any knowledge is all about the film.
