On April 7, 2013, the show aired its 1850th and last episode. The original version of “KATA RUTE KUNALA” aired on ETV Marathi and was an enormous hit. The directors, Y.S. and Kola Nageshwar Rao, and the producers, Prasad Devineni and Shobhu Yarlagadda, of the Chandramukhi serial.

In his rage, the industrialist Yashodara murders Maharshi and his entire family. The Maharshi’s daughter, Chandramukhi, is the only exception. Yasodara uses a sly ruse by setting up a marriage between Chandramukhi and her brother Adi. Unfortunately, Chandramukhi never fully accepts Adi as her husband. For the time being, Balatripurasundari, a Rayalaseema native, is on Chandramukhi’s side. Balatripurasundari is murdered by Yashodhara. Every minute, Chandramukhi faces Yashodara while simultaneously working to make her love successful.

Chandra Mukhi Story
This show focuses on a character named Chandramukhi. She is a well-educated woman who manages to wow just about everyone she meets with her charming personality, refined manners, and poised demeanor. Her father adores her. Everyone likes her except for her mother, Yashodhara. For some reason, she keeps looking down at her daughter. When she was younger, she encountered a mysterious woman at a temple. Chandramukhi is intrigued by the unusual woman after she makes a prediction about her destiny. Her life changes as a result of the intrusion of a stranger.
That woman claims Chandramukhi is a blessed woman whose future is brilliant. Nonetheless, this same woman mocks Chandramukhi behind her back. And by disseminating false information about Chandramukhi, she also tries to disrupt her otherwise tranquil existence. Where did she come from? Why is she making fun of Chandramukhi behind her back? When she causes Chandramukhi trouble, what is her end game? These questions are resolved throughout the course of this series.
