The Tamil film industry has been suffering as the big stars are taking time to make movies and there was no notable success that was considered a blockbuster in 2026. This drought for success ended with the recent release “Gatta Kusthi 2.”
After the huge success of part 1, makers have come up with a sequel for this comedy and family entertainer. The OTT streaming rights were sold to the Netflix OTT platform even before the release.
They have now officially announced that this movie will be available for streaming in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi on July 31, 2026.
Vishnu Vishal, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, Karunaas, Muniskanth, Kaali Venkat, Karunakaran, Zara, Mokksha, and a few others are part of the movie cast.
Written and directed by Chella Ayyavu, this film was produced by Dr. Ishari K. Ganesh & Vishnu Vishal. KM Bhaskaran is the cinematographer, Sean Roldan is the music composer, and Barath Vikraman is the editor.
