The Tamil filmmakers have made enough movies on the concept of oppression and recently another movie titled “Gevi” was released in theaters, which is also based on the systemic oppression.
This film was focused on the corrupt and the oppressed people in our country and had received a decent response for its powerful portrayal of characters despite a few flaws.
The Sun NXT OTT platform has acquired the streaming rights for this movie and announced that it will be available for streaming on their platform on August 27, 2025.
Sheela, Jacquline Lydia, Aadhavan, Charles Vinoth, Jeeva Subramanian, Gayathiri, Vivek Mohan, Umar Farook, Jagathraman, and Abimanyu Meena are the main cast of this film.
Written and directed by Tamil Dhayalan, this was produced by Manikannan, Perumal G, and M. Jagan Jaya Surya. Hari Kumaran is the editor, Balasubramaniam G composed the music, and M. Jagan Jaya Surya is the cinematographer.
