Kalvan digital rights were bagged by Hotstar and the movie hit the OTT space on 14 May 2024. Director PV Shankar is a cinematographer by profession, who worked with GV Prakash Kumar earlier for the movie ‘Bruce Lee’ and later also worked for some very good movies like ‘Maragadha Naanayam’ starring Aadhi Pinishetty in the lead role and ‘Raatchasan’ starring Vishnu Vishal in the lead role. ‘Kalvan’ movie is his debut as a director. This movie will also be dubbed into Telugu and ‘Chorudu’ is the title under consideration.
