Karan Career
Karan first entered the entertainment industry as a child actor known as Master Raghu, appearing in more than 70 films in Malayalam and Tamil. Starting off with an uncredited appearance in Rajinikanth’s 1990 film Annamalai, he eventually became known for his portrayal as a rebellious college student opposite Kamal Haasan in the 1992 film Nammavar. Later, he appeared in a slew of Tamil films, mostly those with Vijay and Ajith.
Karan began his career as a leading man in 2006 with the release of Kokki, and he has since starred in several films such as Karuppusamy Kuththagaithaarar and Kathavarayan. Two of his recent works are Sooran (2014) and Uchathula Shiva (2016).
Shroov became synonymous with the actor after a clip from his 2018 film Coimbatore Mappillai spread like wildfire online.
