She attended Mumbai’s Cathedral and John Connon School and Jai Hind College for Mass Communication for her education. A Leo Sun Sign, to be exact. Alia Advani, the name under which she was born, became Kiara prior to her Bollywood debut. Since she was two years old, she had dreamed of being an actress. She did well in school and graduated with a 92% average. She took crash courses in acting with Anupam Kher and Roshan Taneja after finishing college.

In 2014, she made her acting debut in the comedy-drama “Fugly,” directed by Kabir Sadanand.
