Acting powerhouses Fahadh Faasil and Vadivelu have worked together in the Tamil film “Maamannan,” which received a very good response in Tamil. They have joined hands once again for the film “Maareesan,” which also received the same response from the audience.
This film was a thrilling drama that revolves around the life of a thief who tries to instigate an amnesiac patient but has to face some unexpected incidents later.
The OTT streaming rights for this film are acquired by the Netflix OTT platform and it will be available for streaming on this platform on August 22, 2025, in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi simultaneously.
Vadivelu, Fahadh Faasil, Kovai Sarala, Vivek Prasanna, Sithara, and a few others played the prominent roles in this film. Sudheesh Sankar is the director and RB Choudary is the producer. Kalaiselvan Sivaji handled the camera. Yuvan Shankar Raja composed the music, and Sreejith Sarang is the editor.
