As raw and rustic films with rooted characters are working well in Telugu, many filmmakers are trying to come up with such stories but failing to engage with the making, just like the recent Telugu film “Maremma.”
This film had decent buzz before the release and the trailer also created good interest, but the result was completely opposite. After a disaster theatrical run, this film is now all set to premiere on the Aha Video platform on October 09, 2026.
It starred actor Ravitaj’s nephew, Maadhav Bhupathiraju, in the lead role, with Deepa Balu, Vikas Vasishta, Vinod Kumar, V.S. Rupa Lakshmi, Dayanand Reddy and a few others in other prominent roles.
Manchala Nagaraj is the writer and director of this film. Mayur Reddy Bandaru produced this film under the banner of Moksha Arts. Prasanth Ankireddy is the cinematographer, Prashanth R. Vihari & Bipradeep Dutta are the music composers, and Sai Babu Talari is the editor.
