Siddharth first worked on the movie Hyderabad Nawaabs as an assistant director. Before starring in Happy Days, he played little parts in a number of movies. Siddharth plays one of the four leads in the Sekhar Kammula-directed movie. One of the few low-budget movies released in 2007 that enjoyed commercial success was Happy Days.
Ankit, Pallavi & Friends was his debut solo leading role film. He made cameos in movies like Veedu Theda, Yuvatha, Kalavar King, and Aalasyam Amrutham. This made him a solo hero and gave him his big break in 2013 with Swamy Ra Ra, which later made the list of the best 10 Telugu movies of the 2010s–2020.
His upcoming movie, Karthikeya, In 2017, Siddharth and Swamy Ra Ra director Sudheer Varma collaborated once more on the revenge drama Keshava, in which Siddharth plays a character who struggles with having his heart on the right side with a unique problem to it. The movie, which debuted on May 19, 2017, received praise for Siddharth’s acting, the musical soundtrack, the visuals, and the setting of the story.
With Samyuktha Hegde and Simran Pareenja, he starred in Sharan Koppisetty’s version of the Kannada film Kirik Party for his subsequent movie, Kirrak Party, which was set on a college campus. The movie did poorly at the box office. Sudheer Varma wrote the screenplay, and Chandoo Mondeti wrote the dialogue for the movie. Arjun Suravaram, his most recent film, was released in 2019. At the box office, this movie was a big hit.
