Happy Days movie fame Varun Sandesh is back with Nindha movie after a long gap. Nindha is touted as a suspense investigative thriller.
Varun Sandesh has never done this kind of film in his entire career. However, he seems super confident about the film output. The film has finally been released today and let’s get into the review and know whether the film is worth seeing or not.
The story is about a young girl named Manju who gets brutally murdered in Kandrakota village. Police get arrested by Balaraju (Chatrapathi Shekar). Judge Satyanandam (Tanikella Bharani) sentences him to death. Things take a different turn when Satyanandam gets to know that Balaraju didn’t commit a crime. Finally, how his son Vivek (Varun Sandesh), who is a National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) officer solves the case is all about the film.
The film starts on a good note, the way characters are established is good at the initial portion. However, as proceedings move forward, the snail-paced screenplay makes us feel bored.
Though the screenplay has its share of ups and downs, the film has some good block that keeps us invested in the story. Despite having the slow burn narration, few twists land well in the film.
Varun Sandesh as Vivek impressed with his subtle performance. Chatrapthi Shekar, Rajanna fame Annie, and Tanikella Bharani did their part well.
Debut director Rajesh Jagannath did a decent job by presenting this film. Despite having flaws in this screenplay, he succeded in engaging the audiance.
Ramiz’s cinematography is good and Omkar’s background score is good in a few parts but it could have been much better.
Overall, Nindha is a decent thriller but with slow-paced narration.
