He has worked as a cameraman in the film industries of Tamil, Malay, and Telugu. He has made no secret about his preference for working on action and thriller films. When he got the job of his dreams as the film’s primary photographer on the Hindi version of “Akira,” his life’s work came full circle. The 2016 release Akira starred Sonakshi Sinha, and Rajashekhar was lauded for his work on a lone Hindi film. His most recent film was 2018’s “Jarugandi,” a Tamil film directed by A.N. Pitchumani. He has a wife and two kids and a thriving life in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. His upcoming initiatives as a director remain secret, however he has been accepting fewer and fewer jobs as of late.
