Sai Karthik Wiki and Biography: Musician, playback singer, and composer Sai Karthik is closely associated with films of the southern Indian subcontinent. Sai Karthik Early Life

Ongole, Andhra Pradesh is the place of origin for Sai Karthik. Sai Kartheek is an alternate spelling of his given name, Kothapalli Sai Karthik. He was born into a family of musicians in Ongole, and Sai quickly followed suit. Kothapalli Srinivas Sr. was an accomplished rhythm player and a frequent performer at concerts. Kothapalli Nagamani, his mother, and Divija Karthik, his wife, are both playback singers. His aunt, the actress Rebala Sri Lakshmi, has performed on stage. By the time he was 9, little Sai was accompanying his father to theatrical concerts as a percussionist on rhythm pads.

Following graduation from high school, he uprooted to Chennai in search of a career in film. For a long time, he was a go-to percussionist for film and stage scores by the likes of Vandematharam Srinivas, Koti, Mani Sharma, S. P. Balu, Devi Sri Prasad, R. P. Patnaik, and many more. He performed in almost 3000 shows as a drummer or pad player. After spending years working solely for Manisharma, he finally made his entrance into the Telugu cinema industry. He has also worked in movies, having debuted in the role of drummer and composer for the film Aboo Adavallu in 2008.

His first film as a solo music director was the indie hit “Call Center,” but “Patas,” his first collaboration with composer Roberto Fonseca, was a smash. And then he received his big break when he was connected to the influential NTR Arts Production House. It was challenging for Sai Karthik to break into the Telugu film industry because the industry is dominated by established music directors. Because of his persistence and exhaustion, 50 film records were finally completed. At the box office, films like “Run,” “Terror” (excellent score), and “Eedo Rakam Aado Rakam” did rather well.
