After the massive success of Maa Oori Polimera 2, Satyam Rajesh is all set to come up with ‘Tenant’. The makers have recently released the trailer and looks like a thriller film. Now, the makers have announced its theatrical release date.
Tenant is all set to hit the screens on 19 April 2024, and the film is directed by Y. Yugandhar. Megha Chowdhary plays the female lead and Esther Noronha, Aadukalam Naren, Chandana Payaavula, Bharath Kanth, Tej Dileep, and Dhana Bala are in pivotal roles.
Technically, Tenant looks quite impressive, as the music is composed by Sahityya Sagar, while the camera is handled by Jemin Jom Ayyaneth. Edited by Vijay Mukthavarapu and produced by Mogulla Chandrashekhar Reddy.
Satyam Rajesh does not need an introduction as he has done many films and portrayed different characters. He rose to fame as a hero with Maa Oori Polimera 1 and after the success of Part 1, he came up with Maa Oori Polimera 2 which also became a hit.

Director Y. Yugandhar made his directorial debut with Ippudu Kaaka Inkeppudu, which was released in 2021. Producer Mogulla Chandrashekhar Reddy produced Hanu-Man fame Teja Sajja’s Adbutham.
