Siddharth was born in Chennai, India, to parents who spoke Tamil at home. The DAV Boys High School in Chennai and the Sardar Patel Vidyalaya in Delhi were his first educational institutions. Then, he went to Kirori Mal College in New Delhi and graduated with an Honors degree in Commerce.
