In 1992, with the release of “Balwan,” Suniel had his first film appearance. The picture launched his career as an actor and was a financial success. After that, he starred as the lead in films like Waqt Hamara Hai (1993), Anth (1994), Mohra (1994), and Dilwale (1994). All of his films at the time were commercial successes, marking a high point in his career.
His subsequent filmography includes roles in Border (1997), Bhai (1997), Hera Pheri (2000), Dhadkan (2000), Main Hoon Na (2004), Welcome (2007), and Red Alert: The War Within (2008). In addition, he has appeared on the TV reality show “The Biggest Loser: Jeetega” in 2007.
His firm, Popcorn Entertainment, is responsible for the production of such films as Khel: No Ordinary Game, Rakht, and Bhagam Bhag. He has also established himself as a successful businessman outside of the entertainment industry. In the Mumbai area, he is responsible for both Suzie Wong and Club H20.
