Verdict

Suzhal is not just a normal investigative thriller as it offers a lot of sub-stories and every story is interconnected with the main plot,  the series is set against the backdrop of a small town’s social fabrics, micro festivals and their ancient myths, cultures as it creates unique experience while watching the series and I’m sure you will surely go into another world and kudos to the makers for bringing this complex subject.

The investigation process has las so well in every episode perfectly leaving the twist or suspense as it makes you watch the next episode, and Pushkar Gayatri has done a brilliant job by creating this series as it is not easy to write this king story and to make it as web series is quite challenging for them and all the crew has effortlessly pulled it off.

Suzhal series surely makes you think about social taboos, How their blind beliefs about taking innocent lives have shown brilliantly, Aishwarya Rajesh has done a brilliant job in her role, Kathir has a sincere officer is just okay and Parthiban has done a brilliant job his character is one of the best characters in the series.

The directors Bramma, and Anucharan M has succeeded in engaging the viewers as they adapted Pushkar Gayatris’ vision so well, and kudos to them for bringing out this series.

Technically Suzhal looks top-notch as Mukes’s cinematography is the major advantage of the series and Sam CS is one of the underrated composers in the industry he has done a brilliant job by creating the dark tone music and the rest of the technical department has done their best.

Finally, Suzhal is a must-watch crime thriller, if you’re a fan of crime thrillers then you must give it a try, currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
