Movie Verdict
Other than Fahadh and Vijay, Kamal Hasan is the film’s most popular star. It’s a tall order to make a hit film with just three surviving stars. Using a dark tone, Lokesh enticed Vikram into his dark realm.
A well-developed plot keeps you engaged from beginning to end, thanks to Lokesh Kanagaraj. Vikram’s segments are shot and edited in a style influenced by Hollywood cinema. For the second half, the audience was enthralled by the intermission. The play’s second half is an emotional roller coaster because of Vikram’s memories.
It was clear that Kamal Hasan’s performance as Vikram, 67, was unlike any previous hero. Like Vikram, he used his eyes to portray his emotions. In the end, Amar, played by Fahadhn, is required to convey a wide range of emotions, which he achieves admirably. Everyone in the cast was excellent.
Karthi was in Lokesh Kangaraj’s Kathi, in which he starred. As a whole, Kamal Hasan was a fan. Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi, and Fahadh Faasil have all worked with him. In order for the film to succeed, he was able to read the audience. In contrast to Vikram, which is a poorly written film, Lokesh Kangaraj has the ability to captivate an audience despite its flaws.
Vikram’s cinematic appearance is aided by Girish Gangadharan’s cinematography. He was able to bring the film’s eerie visuals to life. The technical support provided by Anirudh Ravichandran and his colleagues was excellent.
Vijay Sethupathi, Faasil, and Kamal Hassan fans should see Vikram.
