While women-centric films are rarely made in Telugu, with the help of OTT platforms, it became easier for the makers to make such content in the form of a web series. A new series, “Viraatapalem – PC Meena Reporting,” is coming with such content.
The first-look poster and the trailer for this series have been launched by the makers today. It will be available for streaming on the Zee5 OTT platform on June 27, 2025.
The trailer had a few interesting scenes that revolved around a few superstitious beliefs in a village. It stars Abhignya Vuthaluru, Charan Lakkaraju, Lavanya Sahukara, Ramaraju, Gowtham Raju, Satish, and a few others.
Poluru Krishna of “Recci” series fame is the director. KV Sriram produced the series under the banner of South Indian Screens. Divya Thejaswi Pera is the writer and provided dialogues. Farooq Hundekar is the editor, and Mahesh K Swaroop is the cinematographer.
