Dijo attended the Bhavan’s Vidya Mandir in Girinagar for his education before earning a degree in electrical engineering from the Federal Institute of Science and Technology in Angamaly. In 2010, Dijo launched his media career with the release of the Malayalam musical album “La Cochin.” He made his directorial debut in 2018 with the film Queen, which also featured many other new performers and staff members. Dijo also creates commercials for many businesses and products under the brand name La Cochin.

Jana Gana Mana, Dijo’s second feature film, is currently under production. with Suraj Venjaramoodu and Prithviraj Sukumaran in the main roles. It has also been revealed that Tovino Thomas will work on another project called Pallichattambi. The Tamil version of his first movie, Queen, starring cricketer Harbhajan Singh, is titled Friendship.
