After creating so much hype on social media before the release, the Telugu film “Epic” had very good expectations, as it was directed by Aditya Haasan, who gave a memorable hit series “#90’s-A Middle Class Biopic.”
The lead actor’s role in this movie is an extension of a character from the web series. Despite all these positives, this movie opened with disaster talk and ended its run in theaters within a week. The Netflix OTT platform has, however, acquired the streaming rights already.
It is now all set to premiere in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi on October 09, 2026. Anand Deverakonda, Vaishnavi Chaitanya, Sivaji, Vasuki, Kalyan Shankar, Srinivas Gavireddy, Kadambari Kiran, and a few others are part of the movie cast.
Produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi & Sai Soujanya, this film was written and directed by Aditya Haasan. Hesham Abdul Wahab composed the music, Azeem Mohammad is the cinematographer, and Navin Nooli is the editor.
