Kumkuma Puvvu Story
Jayanthi and her daughter Amrutha, who was born out of wedlock, were separated after Amrutha was born. Even though Jayanthi was led to believe that her daughter had perished, Amrutha had been raised for some time by a butcher named Manikyam, who subjected her to horrific cruelty. They’ll get back together when they’re ready. When Amrutha was rescued from the hands of the brutal butcher, she was taken in by a better family, where she grew up with a foster brother named Sandeep. After Sandeep’s wedding to Siri, Jayanthi’s legitimate daughter, Jayanthi learns that Siri is actually her biological daughter, Amrutha (who despises Amrutha). Jayanthi must face her feelings over her missing daughter. Rudra, the local thug, is the man Amrutha will marry. Amrutha later loses her husband Rudra to an enemy, after which she meets her parents and becomes pregnant.
Anjali, her newborn daughter, is born, but she later learns that she perished in a house fire. During this time, Jayanthi’s legal son Kiran and daughter-in-law Renuka take care of Anjali while Amrutha slowly loses her mind. Siri and Sandeep have been separated for some time, and the couple now has a daughter named Jaanu. No one in the family is aware that Anjali is actually Amrutha’s daughter. After getting to know Anjali, Amrutha starts acting normally again. When Anjali first meets Amrutha, she rejects her, but she grows to love her. Renuka develops resentment toward Amrutha. Amrutha eventually remarries Arun, who is unwilling to reconcile with his ex-wife Anjali. When he finds that Amrutha is done having children, he sends her packing. But when he discovers he can’t have children, he brings her back.

The realization that Arun does not love her deeply saddens Anjali. There is evidence that Rudra is still alive; he rebrands himself as Shiva through plastic surgery and finds work as a driver for Arun at his company. Arun erroneously identifies Shiva as Rudra. Arun attributes the pregnancy to Shiva because he thinks the baby will be a boy. Upon hearing that Arun may become a father based on medical findings, Jayanthi accepts Amrutha into Arun’s life.
