In addition to finishing her primary and secondary schooling in Mumbai, she also earned her bachelor’s degree in the city. She began her career in the arts at a tender age, first on the stage, and then in the movies. In the 1973 film Naag Mere Saathi, she made her professional acting debut.

Pallavi’s family was well-off Maharashtrian Hindus. Madhusudan Joshi is the name of his late father, and Sushma Joshi was the name of his late mother. Alankar Joshi is his brother’s name; he was named after his father. During the 1980s and 1990s, Alankar Joshi established himself as a kid actor in Bollywood.
Pallavi Joshi Career
Daku Aur Mahatma (1977), Dream Girl (1977), Aadmi Sadak Ka (1977), Dada (1979), Khoon Ki Takkar (1981), and Hum Bachhey Hindustan Ke (1983) were some of the later films in which she portrayed a young performer (1984). The Marathi film Badla included Pallavi in her first acting role when she was just a youngster.
In later years, she expanded her acting career to include roles in films dubbed in languages such as Gujarati, Malayalam, and Kannada. She’s done some work in movies, but television is where her real career has been. First appearing on Mr. Yogi on Doordarshan in 1989, she has since gone on to star in a string of other programs and serials.
The Kashmir Files, a film she appeared in as Radhika Menon, premiered in 2022. Her outstanding performance was greatly admired by the crowd. Her husband Vivek Agnihotri directed the movie, and it starred a who’s who of Bollywood actors like Darshan Kumar, Anupam Kher, Puneet Issar, and Mithun Chakraborty.
