Sony Pictures Networks India has confirmed that the appointment of Madhura Sridhar as the Head for Sony Liv Telugu Content, digital business, for its streaming service in Telugu language. Tollywood film producer Madhura Sridhar will lead the SONY Liv for its expansion in Telugu Cinema. He will be responsible for curating and strengthening the Tamil content catalogue. Prior to this, Sridhar is known for his contribution to Telugu cinema as a Producer. He started his film career by establishing a music label Madhura Audio and shaped it as one of the top music labels in Telugu Cinema. Also, Sreedhar Reddy Komalla worked for multinational IT companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro and Tech Mahindra for 11 years and left the IT career to pursue his film making dreams.
Tollywood known about the capabilities of Madhura Sridhar in leading a successful team, Under his leadership Madhura Audio has reached many milestones. Moreover, he has a good knowledge in Film-making, judging movies and film trade business, which are very important for beginners like Sony Liv. Keeping all this in mind, Sony Liv is expecting a good growth for their Telugu addition under the leadership of Sridhar.
