Uday Kiran Hits and Flops Movies List: Known mostly for his roles in Telugu cinema, Vajapeyajula Uday Kiran was a well-known Indian actor. On June 26, 1980, Vajapeyajula Uday Kiran was born to VVK Murthy and Nirmala of Vijayawada in a brahmin family. He got his start in the modelling business while still a student at the University of Pennsylvania. Mysterious Girl, an unreleased Hinglish film in which he made his cinematic debut, was his first film. His first Telugu film, Chitram, was directed by Teja, a cinematographer who went on to become a film director. Kiran played the 17-year-old protagonist. As a result of the popularity of his first three films, “Hat-trick Hero” was bestowed upon him.
In 2001, he became the second-youngest actor to win the Filmfare Award for Best Actor – Telugu for his role in the film Nuvvu Nenu. On January 5, 2014, Kiran hanged himself at his apartment in Hyderabad’s Srinagar neighbourhood. Some of his best and worst works are listed here.
