She attended Delhi’s Mata Jai Kaur Public School in the city’s Ashok Vihar neighborhood. Later, she attended Indira Gandhi National Open University to earn a bachelor’s degree in tourism (IGNOU). After that, she spent several years interning at Jaipur’s prestigious ‘Oberoi Hotels. Then, afterward, she joined ITC Hotels.

Shiv Kapoor, her father, operates an export business for furniture, while Dimpy Kapoor, her mother, works in marketing. Their mother was a schoolteacher back in the day.
