Gurukiran Career
In 1998, with the film A, starring and directed by Upendra, Gurukiran made his debut in the film industry as a music director. Gurukiran’s passions weren’t limited to music, though; he also wanted to act, so he gave Sandalwood a shot. In his role as cameraman, Gurukiran’s debut film was called Mr. Shanker Bekal. Subsequently, in Sunil Kumar Desai’s 1993 heist thriller Nishkarsha, he played his first significant part. Though he tried, he was unable to make a significant impression in the acting world.
