Maidan is about an unsung hero Syed Abdul Rahim who was one of the finest football coaches and under his leadership, the Indian Football team won Asian Games in 1951 and 1962. Abdul Rahim is considered as the architect of Indian football team and he formed a team that has won matches for India.
