Martin Prakkat Education
He repeatedly took home the Best Actor prize at his college’s dramatics festival. After graduating from college, Martin started taking photographs and spent ten years working for the magazine Manorama’s sister company, Vanitha Publications. He turned to photography as a way to break into the film industry.
Martin Prakkat Early Life
He briefly worked in photography before beginning to write scripts with his college friend Byju Chandran. Mammootty, a superstar in the South who Martin worked with on his debut film, initially noticed him. In a brief period of time, he has directed three films. Best Actor, which was out in 2010, was the first film Martin directed. Prakkat and Bipin Chandran wrote the screenplay together. Stars Mammootty and Sruthi Krishnan, who was making her acting debut, played the key roles. The film follows the journey of Mammootty’s character, an Uttar Pradeshi primary school teacher with aspirations to become a movie star.
