Rajashekar Wiki and Biography: Born Rajasekhar Varadharajan on February 4, 1962, Rajasekhar is a well-known actor in Indian cinema, mostly Telugu films and a select few Tamil films. Dr. Rajasekhar, better known by his stage name Angry Young Man, is a Tamil and Telugu actor. His “Angry” persona has become his trademark. His acting career lasted over 30 years, and he played many different characters.


Premiered at the International Film Festival of India was the film Anna. For his roles in the films Magaadu and Anna, Rajasekhar won the Filmfare Award for Best Actor in Telugu on two separate occasions. He has appeared in more than seventy-five films throughout his career.

Rajashekar Education

He is the son of D. C. Varadharajan, a retired police officer, and Andalu, a housewife, and he was born in Lakshmipuram, Theni District, Tamil Nadu. His sibling Selva also had a starring role in the Tamil movie. He earned his M.B.B.S. and worked as a doctor in Chennai before making the transition to Hollywood. After a life-altering event in his youth, he adopted the beliefs and practises of the Shaiva sect of Hinduism.
