In 2014, Rashmika Mandanna entered the Clean & Clear Fresh Face of India competition, where she placed second. She became Clean & Clear’s official spokesperson in the same year. Then, she won the TVC award at Lamode Bangalore’s top model search. Her photos in the contest got the attention of the filmmakers behind the film “Kirik Party,” who ultimately cast her as the lead.
Rashmika debuted as an actress in the 2016 Kannada film “Kirik Party,” in which she played the role of “Saanvi Joseph.” The film was a smashing success and ended up being one of the year’s highest-grossing movies. She then starred in the critically acclaimed films “Anjani Putra” and “Chamak.”
